Lycoming Engine Delivery Survey

With the significant backlog of Lycoming engines currently on the calendar over the next year and a half, we'd like to get your input.

The purpose of this survey is - in the event a future Lycoming schedule change allows - to allow you to choose whether you'd wish to have your engine production slot moved up. Please choose one of the two below options. We are asking for "yes or no" answer. Due to the sheer volume of engine orders, we cannot manage special/custom requests or conditions.

From time to time, Lycoming's engine production availability changes. At times, due to supply chain or other circumstances, unplanned delays may occur. At other times, however, Lycoming may offer Van’s additional engine manufacturing slots on their factory schedule.

In the event Lycoming offers a schedule change that would allow your engine to be completed on an earlier date, Van’s needs to know whether or not you are willing and able to commit to an earlier delivery. Should your engine move up on the schedule, you’ll need to be ready and able make your final payment by the new payment deadline, which will be calculated based on your revised manufacturing date. Van’s will contact you with those details before we move your engine on the schedule. No changes will be made to your engine's price in that case.
