Sending Gifts



Using Van’s On-Line Aircraft Accessories Catalog.

When sending an item as a gift to another address, other than the billing address you may place special shipping instructions, and billing instructions on your order in, ( Step 5. ), which is the final step before you submit your order.

( Step 5. ) appears after you have completed filling your shopping cart and have proceeded to Check Out. See the example below.

Step 5. Notes/Place Order

If you have basic instructions place them in the note section.

For detailed instructions type a note like the sample below, and e-mail additional instructions.

The sentence above will fit in the note area.

Then send the additional instructions via e-mail to: orders@vansaircraft.com

DO NOT send any Credit Card information in any e-mail that you send to us.
Sending an e-mail to us is not a secure way to send sensitive information.

In the Subject Area of the e-mail you are sending us place: Aditional instructions for Web order WOX-XXXX-XXXXX

In the e-mail tell us in detail what you would like us to do. Ask us when the order will ship, and when the order should arrive. Delivery on, or before a specific date depends on many variables. How to get the correct part number and description for a
Fax or U.S. Postal Service order.

1. Find the item(s) you are looking for in the On-Line Accessories Catalog and copy the part number and description text, then paste the     text into a document.

2. In the document tell us in detail what you would like us to do. Ask us when the order will ship, and when the order should arrive.
Delivery    on, or before a specific date depends on many variables. You will need to pay for the order, so please include your Visa, MasterCard, or     Discover account number with the order. We accept only Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover credit cards.
