Congrats to Vaughn on the new RV-6! He writes to tell us all the story:

The original builder of this plane passed away before he was able to see his dream come true. In 2018 the opportunity to buy a project found its way to me and I decided to take it on. I have kept the widow up to date with pictures and progress reports of “the thing” in the workshop that she never believed would leave the ground. She has been thrilled with the outcome and I have been honored to complete his project. After 1300+ hours of building, The first flight was everything I hoped it would be, completely uneventful followed by a perfect three-point landing.
