Ryan Moss’ RV-7A | Tigard, OR RV-7A #75111

Ryan Moss got his RV-7A into the air from Starks Twin Oaks Airpark, a very short flight from Van’s HQ. Here’s how he tells it:

Takeoff was at 10:50 from 7S3, and I was accompanied by a chase plane and a ground crew. Once I took a moment to unwind a little, confident that the gauges would all stay in the green long enough for me to appreciate the moment, a wonderful sense of pride and satisfaction came over me. For over an hour we were just like NASCAR, going fast and turning left above the airfield and taking in the views. The plane flies just like I think all Van’s do: fantastic.
