Mark Easton’s RV-10 | Portland, Oregon RV-10 #41683

Congrats to Mark on the first flight of his RV-10! He writes:

After exactly five years and one day N25CM took flight from Stark’s Twin Oaks Airpark outside of Portland, OR. My dream to build an RV began back in the late 70’s when, as a child, I saw kit plans being advertised in Popular Mechanics and thought, “I need to do that one day”! I’m looking forward to progressing through phase 1 testing and beyond, where ever that may take this two pilot family. Big thanks go out to my wife and kids for putting up with my “obsession” to finish and a big shout out to the amazing crew at Van’s, Advanced Flight Systems, FlyEFII and Barrett Precision Engines! Additionally, I can’t even imagine what would have happened during my build if it weren’t for Vans Air force and the great community of builders it brings together. Cheers everyone!
