All sets with "X" in the part number are 5 point (includes crotch strap) with all aluminum hardware. Sets without "X" in the part number are 4 point (no crotch strap) with steel hardware and are available in black and grey only. All belts meet certified standards. Lap is double adjustable to keep the buckle centered. Individual adjustable straps fit over each shoulder. Quick, easy pull-up buckle release.If you are installing 5 point harnesses in an RV-7/7A or RV-9/9A, order installation kit: PN# CROTCH STRAP KIT. This kit is included in RV-7/9 fuselage kits shipped after December 2008. It is not possible to add a crotch strap to the 4 point harnesses later.
The CROTCH STRAP KIT is brackets only: no straps included. The seat belts are sold as single seat sets. Side by side or Tandem airplanes will require 2 of each.
