Van’s Aircraft has re-opened for business following wildfires in the area and related evacuations.
We are currently working to catch up on orders and shipping after several down days. Please be aware that it will take some time to catch up due to our high volume of orders. No will-call order services can be provided at the factory at this time. We are unable to combine, change or split orders once they have been received until we have caught up on our shipping workload.
We’re fortunate that, before the wildfires, business was quite strong. The significant number of orders we’ve received over the past few months has created a larger than typical workload, so the wildfire closure came at a time when we were already working extra hours to fulfill requests. It’s a good problem to have, as they say! But, it does mean that we need to catch up.
We appreciate, in advance, your understanding and continued support. Regarding the wildfire situations, conditions are significantly improved at this time. We appreciate all of the notes and calls of support we received during the crisis period. Our customers are amazing!
