Part number change to reflect change to new  version of gas strut with stronger canopy holding capacity

  REASON FOR REVISION:

  Changed the gas strut to a higher force version to ensure the canopy stays fully open when the strut is extended over time.

  KAI Pages 35-01/35-15/35-21 REV 1: SPRING-00001-1 was SPRING-0001

  Note: The original part is considered acceptable. This is an improved part with a higher holding force. This part is a direct replacement and owners of existing aircraft/kits with the original version may optionally purchase the new struts on the Van’s Aircraft Web Store.
