Order the RV-15 Kit

This is a summary of the terms and conditions under which you agree to order this kit. The complete sales order agreement, which we will send you for signature, will contain all of the terms and conditions that apply.
 
1. Kit prices are subject to change, up to the date of the kit final payment request.
2. A 35% deposit must accompany kit orders to complete the order. When a specific kit is ready to ship within 60 days, we collect payment for the full amount of that via this form, rather than the 35% deposit. The actual amount of the deposit/payment is shown on this web page as you select your kit(s) and option(s).
3. If you choose to pay by wire transfer or check, and your deposit is not received by Van's Aircraft within 15 days of submitting this order request form, the order will be cancelled without further notice.
4. Payments must be received on-time when requested. Customer-initiated delays to orders will result in a price increase to the then-current price in effect at the time of shipping.
5. No additions to or deletions from kit orders will be accepted.
6. Kits must be paid in full prior to shipment. We will reach out for payment approximately 60 days prior to ship date.
7. Payment in U.S. funds: electronic check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, wire transfer, or paper check. We do not accept American Express or other credit cards.
8. Orders must be in writing (submission of this form, mail, or email).
9. Prices are ex-works Aurora, Oregon.
10. Freight charges are prepaid or collect, depending on carrier and are not included in the kit price.
11. Van’s Aircraft, Inc. cannot assist in certifying kits outside the USA.
