Van’s Aircraft employs more than 100 people at our headquarters facility in Aurora, Oregon. From time to time we create new positions or have job vacancies. Although some of these are filled without formal public announcement, others are advertised locally and within the RV community. Below is a list of our current job openings.

Some opportunities at Van’s are positions that require extensive RV experience (usually having completed an RV aircraft) and/or other specialized skills. Many other jobs don’t require being an airplane builder. Specific educational and experience requirements, where applicable, are listed within each position description.

At times we will hire more than one person (multiple openings for the same position) or we hire multiple people into the same position over time. Where a listing indicates multiple positions and/or that we are maintaining a hiring list, applicants’ resumes will be reviewed when received to determine if the applicant will be considered for any current or future openings.
