Beautifully crafted valves made by RV (and Airbus component) builder Andy Phillips. Lifetime materials, compatible with all fuels. The FS20x7T valve has a 90 degree swing and a positive "lift and turn" feature to prevent inadvertently selecting the off position. 90 degree AN6 elbows are installed to facilitate typical RV installations. The FS20x20-3 valve has the same features but is a dual valve with 180 degree swing, 3/8 NPT ports for fuel supply and ¼ NPT ports for fuel return to the selected tank. Usually used with automotive engines that require fuel return to the tank, not required for typical aircraft fuel injection systems.
Kit supplied fuel selector valve for the RV-3/4/6/7/8/9. This 4 port valve can be plumbed for either 90 degree or 180 degree tank selection. Replacement of the older 3 port valve (used on early RV-3/4/6 - no longer available) will require modifying fuel lines.
The RV-10 and RV-12 use different fuel valves to those above. See part numbers below.
Optional Fuel Valve Selector Levers
Part number FUEL VALVE LEVER
Replacement for stock lever on fuel valves supplied in kits. Keyed so it will work only on valves that use the long arm of the lever as a pointer. Will not work on valves installed prior to 2000 that typically use the small pointer on the lever to indicate the tank in use. Red Anodized finish.
Part number FUEL VALVE LEVER II
Replacement for stock handle on fuel valves supplied in kits. Pointer direction can be set to work with any vintage installation. Red Anodized finish.

If you use the Airflow Performance fuel pump AND an Andair fuel selector, the "F Swivel Tee" AN6 size fitting makes plumbing the return line from the pump to the valve easy. Click here to view the F Swivel Tee
